Each vehicle undergoes a pre-purchase inspection in Germany by our Germany-based team, with its condition reviewed and documented before the purchase is confirmed.
The final quotation includes the vehicle price, insurance, shipping, service fees, customs clearance, and any applicable customs duties or deposits.
The car import and delivery process is typically completed within 40 days, depending on the vehicle and destination. Regular updates are provided throughout the journey through our tracking service.
We manage the full car import process from Europe on your behalf, from helping you select the right vehicle based on your budget, model year, features, and color, to inspection, purchase, shipping, customs clearance, and final delivery.
If an issue arises that was not identified in the inspection report, our team works with the customer to determine the most appropriate solution, which may include a repair, discount, or another agreed arrangement, in line with the contract and applicable regulations.
Yes. Vehicle registration and licensing support can be provided as an optional service where required.
